NON-CITIZEN CLIENTS

Immigration Consequences: A criminal conviction can have especially serious consequences for a non-citizen. Even permanent residents who have lived in the United States nearly their entire lives can face deportation because of a minor criminal conviction.

For every non-citizen client, I confer with a qualified immigration lawyer to be sure that my client knows the options and risks the case presents. We choose a path with the safest consequences for my client's immigration status.
