Many clients come to me after they have been through many legal procedures with no success.
Let's face it. Not every case can be won.
After more than 30 years working in the system, I consider many
different ways to approach a case. I consider the law. But I also
consider the people within the system who decide how to apply the law. I
look for less-used procedures to accomplish any end that will help the
client. Many times we can persuade the system to help us get a little
bit closer to "justice."
If I review your case and conclude there is no chance at all, I will honestly tell you that.
If I can find a small path that leads from here to success, I will also tell you that. I like looking for small paths.
If you are willing to try, I am willing to try. There may not be a huge
